Here is a little information to help you understand the bail process.
* Bail bond premium is NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Bail bond premium is 10% of the actual bond amount.
* Most bails can be done without the need of any collateral.
* You must be 18 years of age or older to post bail for an individual.
* The entire bail bond process can take a little while to complete...be patient.
* We do offer financing if necessary and approved for credit by the company.
* We accept cash and all major credit cards for bail premium or payments on your account.
*Please understand that while we try to make the process as easy as possible,
there are requirements that need to be met prior to any bond being posted.
*Please don't be misled by a 10% option available for any bail. It seems to add confusion.
The 10% option simply means that the court has given you the option to post the 10% in cash, in full, at either the court or the detaining facility.
